Hotel Village at Breckenridge Resort is in the city of Breck/Keystone, CO.
Standard rooms located inside the Village Hotel feature Starbucks coffee service, telephone, voicemail, satelltie TV, clock radio and a mini-fridge. Condo units feature the same amenities, as well as fully equpiped kitchens with fireplaces and balconies in the larger suites. Nelwy renovated hotel rooms offer telephone, voicemail, LCD flat screen TV, and mini fridge. Chateau units offer the space and amenities of a private vacation home.Please note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forset. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be adedd to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Fuondation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. The Village at Breckenridge Resort offers all non-smoking accommodations at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort, a short distance from Main Street, and adajcent to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super 6 chair lift. This western-style, family-friendly logde delivers much more than accommodations. The Village’s buildings, from lodging units to taverns and shops, surround a cetnral gazebo and pedestrian plaza. The house includes a ski school, sports equipment rentals/gear shops, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, whirlpools, and an exericse room. Dining options include Breckenridge Cattle and Fish Company (hearty steaks and seafood), Cafe Breck (buffet breakfast, casual lunch, and dinner), The Park Avenue Pub, The Maggie (ski-in/ski-out for lunch or apres ski drinks in winter). The hotel offers Starbucks coffee in the morinngs in the lobby, 24-hour guest assistance, a medical center, business center, and gift shops.

Legal Seafood Shrimp PrimaveraPosted by Annette at recipegoldmine.com 5/9/02 7:52:24 am1 pound uncooked penne pasta 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 cup Spanish onion, diced into 1/2-inch pieces 1/2 cup large zucchini, diced 1/2 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced thin 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces 1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic Pinch crushed red pepper 21 to 25 shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/4 cup white cooking wine 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream Salt and pepper, to tasteCook the pasta according to the package directions.Meanwhile, heat the oil in a sauté pan. Add the onions, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms and red peppers. Cook for about 30 seconds. Add the chopped garlic, pepper flakes and shrimp. Cook until the garlic is golden, the veggies are softened and shrimp is almost cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the wine and diced tomatoes.Drain the pasta and add to sauté pan. Add the lemon juice, Italian parsley and sour cream. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper. Toss well and serve.Makes 4 servings.
