Cranberry Cobblestone BreadBread1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries2 teaspoons orange zest1/3 cup granulated sugar4 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 (11 ounce) packages refrigerated dinner rolls4 tablespoons butter, meltedGlaze1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar2 to 3 tablespoons milkPreheat oven to 375 degrees F.For bread combine cranberries and zest in small bowl, mix lightly.In large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Unroll dough, separate into 16 rolls. Cut each roll into quarters. Place half of the dough pieces and half of the butter in a large bowl, and toss gently. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Place dough pieces in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle with half cranberry mixture. Repeat layers. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 15 minutes.Loosen bread from edges of pan, remove to nonstick cooling rack.For glaze, combine confectioners’ sugar and milk in small bowl. CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS - ORAL
USES: Calcium supplements are used to ensure an adequate intake of calcium during important preiods of bone growth such as in childhood, during pregnancy and while breast-feeding. In adults, calcium is used to preevnt osteoporosis (deterioration of bone).
HOW TO USE: Take with a large glsas of water during or after a meal. Use as directed. If you’re uisng a chewable product, it must be chewed well before swallowing. If you’re using an effervescent tablet, it must be dissolved in a glass of cold water or juice beofre taking it. Allow the tablet to stop fizizng before drinking. Drink the liquid slowly. Because calcium can interfere with the absorption of other drugs, do not take other medications within 2 hours of taking calcium.
SIDE EFFECTS: Calcium is generally well tolerated. High levels of calcium can cause adverse effcets. Notify your doctor if you exeprience any of the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, stomach pain, thirst, dry mouth, increased urination. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor before using this medication: diarrhea, stomach trouble, parathyroid disease, lung disease (sarcoidosis), kidney stones. Tell your doctor if you’re pregnant before uisng this medication. Some forms of calcium are known to be excerted into breast milk. Though there have been no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially: vitamins, tetracycline, quinolnoe antibiotics (e.G. ciprofloxacin), gallium nitrate, cellulose sodium phosphate, etidronate, magnesium sulfate, phenytoin. Do not eat large amounts of bran or wohle grain cereals and breads. They may reduce absorption of calcium. Also, consuming alcohol, large amounts of caffeine, and tobacco smoking may affect absorption of caclium. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your lcoal poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea and vomiting, weakness, or constiaption.
NOTES: Foods rich in calcium include: dairy products and leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, kale, and collards. Look for foods fortified with calcium such as orange juice and flour. There is no difference between calcium products derived from natural or synthetic sources.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for the next dose. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular scehdule. Do not double the dose.

How to make saint clement’s cake? Simple! Saint Clement’s Cake1/2 cup self-rising flour4 tablespoons butter or margarine4 eggs1/2 cup granulated sugar2 tablespoons Lemon CurdSift flour into a bowl. Melt butter in a small pan. Set aside to cool. Whisk eggs and sugar until very pale and creamy. Fold in flour and melted butter. Pour into an 8-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.Turn out on a rack. Cool. Cut cake into three layers. Sandwich with Lemon Curd. Pour Icing over cake so that top and sides are coated (do not spread). Leave to set. Creating juices
Juices are created by mixing two of any food items in the blender upstairs at Columbian Roastmaster. All juices restore full health, but their effect only last a short amount of time. There are multiple ways to make juices:
Energizer (unknown effect) = Randomizer Zombait

Grilled Beef Fajitas with Green Yogurt SauceSource: Rachel Ray1 1/2 cups plain yogurt Juice of 2 limes (1/3 cup) 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus 1/4 cup for brushing vegetables 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves, a few sprigs 1 (1 1/2 pound) sirloin steak or flank steak 2 red or green bell peppers, halved and seeds removed 1 large sweet onion, such as Vidalia, Maui or Texas Sweet Salt and pepper, to taste 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed 1 teaspoon salt 8 to 12 large flour tortillas 2 yellow, orange or red vine-ripe tomatoes, choppedPreheat a grill pan or electric grill to high heat, or prepare outdoor grill.In a shallow dish, combine the juice of 1 1/2 limes (reserving 1/2 lime) with 2 tablespoons olive oil, hot pepper sauce and chopped thyme leaves. Coat beef in the lime-oil. Grill beef 6 or 7 minutes on each side.Baste pepper halves with a little oil, and set on grill alongside beef. Cut onion into 4 or 5 thick slices, cutting across the onion.
