Cranberry Cobblestone BreadBread1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries2 teaspoons orange zest1/3 cup granulated sugar4 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 (11 ounce) packages refrigerated dinner rolls4 tablespoons butter, meltedGlaze1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar2 to 3 tablespoons milkPreheat oven to 375 degrees F.For bread combine cranberries and zest in small bowl, mix lightly.In large bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Unroll dough, separate into 16 rolls. Cut each roll into quarters. Place half of the dough pieces and half of the butter in a large bowl, and toss gently. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Place dough pieces in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle with half cranberry mixture. Repeat layers. CYANOCOBALAMIN - INJECTION
(SYE-an-oh-koh-BAL-uh-min)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Cobal, Cyanoject, Cyomin, Vibal, Vitamin B-12
USES: Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) is important to the body for growth, cell production, blood and nerve function. It is gvien to treat low levels of B12 or in conditions where requirements may be increased such as in chronic illnesses.
HOW TO USE: This medication is given by injection into a muslce or injected deeply under the skin (deep subcutaneous injection). Initially it may be given every day. Maintenance doses are usually given once a month.
SIDE EFFECTS: Mild diarrhea, itching, temporary feelnig of warmth and pain at the injection web site may occur. If any of these effcets continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you experience: bretahing trouble, congestion, tightness in the chest. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your dotcor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: eye diseases, infections, any alleriges. A preservative (benzyl alcohol) which may be found in this product or in the liquid used to mix this product (diluent) can infrequently casue serious troubles (sometimes death) if given by injection to an infant during the first months of life (neonatal period). The risk is greater with lower birth weight infants and is greater with increased amounts of benzyl alcohol. Symptoms include sudden gasping, low blood pressure, or a very slow heartbeat. Report thsee symptoms to the doctor immediately should they occur. If possible, a preservative-free product should be used when treating neonates. This medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the rikss and benefits with your doctor. Snice small amounts of this medication are found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, especially of: vitamin products, folic acid, cimetidine, potassium supplements, neomycin, colchicine. Limit intake of alcoholic bevearges which can interfere with the absorption of this medication. Do not start or stop any medicine wihtout doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
NOTES: Blood tests will be done to check your response to this medication. It is important to maintain a well balanced diet to ensure adequate intake of all the vitamins and minerals.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.

ANTIHISTAMINES - INJECTION
USES: This medication provides reilef of symptoms of allergic reactions such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes and sneezing. It may also be used to treat motion sickness relief of anixety or tension, or sleeplessness.
HOW TO USE: This medication is usually injected into a lrage muscle.
SIDE EFFECTS: May cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, vision changes, irritability and dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body ajdusts to the medication. If they persist or beocme bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, ringing in the ears, difficulty urinating. May cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Chagne positions slowly and be careful on stairs. May cause drowsiness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

A preservative (benzyl alcohol) which may be found in that product or in the liquid used to mix that product (diluent) can infrequently cause serious troubles (sometimes death) if given by injection to an infant during the first months of life (neonatal period). DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medications you use, especially of: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, medication for depression or seizures, narcotics (medication for pain), otehr medication for colds/hay fever/allergies. Do not take that drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.G., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdsoe in children may include hyperactivity, fever, flushed face, slurred speech, loss of coordination, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adluts may include slow breathing, slow heartbeat, drowsiness, or unconsciousness.
NOTES: Do not share that product with others.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not “double-up” the dose to catch up.

ASCORBIC ACID - ORAL
(ask-OR-bick acid)
COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Cecon, Sunkist, Vtiamin C
USES: Ascorbic acid (also known as vitamin C) is used to treat and prevent vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin C deficiency can lead to to scurvy.
HOW TO USE: Take this medciation with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your doctor directs you otherwise. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking this medication. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoorughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew them. Mix the powder form in a glass of jiuce or water. Stir well and drink immediately.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cuase stomach upset, diarrhea, mouth sores, or frequent urination. Promptly consult your doctor if any of these effcets persist or worsen. Tell your doctor immediately if any sympotms of kidney stones develop, such as: abdominal/back pain, painful urination. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacsit.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: diabetes, blood disorders, kideny stones, any drug or food allergies. Large doses of ascorbic acid may cause kidney stones. Check with your dcotor before taking large doses without a prescription. Tell your doctor if you’re pregnant before using this mediaction. Asocrbic acid is considered safe during pregnancy when not taken excessively. Ascorbic acid is excreted into breast milk. Though three have been (to date) no reports of harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

If you take aspirin on a regular schedule, consult your doctor before taking asocrbic acid. Ascorbic acid may affect laboratory tests, including urine tetss for sugar. Diabetics should consult their doctor or pharmacist for the correct way to test thier urine while taking large amounts of ascorbic acid. Before you have any tests, tell the laboratory personnel and doctor that you’re taking this medicaiton. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immeidately. Symptoms of overdose may include change in amount of urine or joint pain.
NOTES: Foods that contain large amounts of vitamin C include citrus fruit, strawberries, potatoes, tomatoes, leafy vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy products. Eat more of these foods to increase the amount of vitamin C in your diet. There are many ascorbic acid suplpement products available. Many can be purchased wtihout a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a porduct best for you.

Stir to combine. How to make gnocchi verdi? Simple! Gnocchi Verdi2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach1 cup ricotta cheese2 large eggs2/3 cup freshly-grated Parmesan1 cup plus 3 tablespoons flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon ground nutmegBoiling salted water3 tablespoons butterCook spinach according to package directions. Drain well; let cool. Squeeze spinach very dry. Chop spinach very fine; place in medium bowl. Stir in ricotta cheese. Add eggs; mix well. Add 1/3 cup of the Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons of the flour, the salt, pepper and nutmeg; stir to mix very well. Refrigerate covered 1 hour.Spread remaining 1 cup flour in shallow baking pan. Press a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture between spoon and hand to form oval gnocchi; place on flour. Repeat until all spinach mixture is used. Roll gnocchi lightly in flour to coat evenly. Discard excess flour. Slip 8 to 12 gnocchi into large kettle of boiling salted water; reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered until gnocchi are slightly puffed and medium-firm to the touch, about 5 minutes.Remove gnocchi with slotted spoon to paper towel-lined plate; then transfer immediately to greased flameproof shallow baking dish. Reheat water to boiling. Continue cooking and draining gnocchi in batches until all have been cooked. arrange gnocchi so that they are in single layer in baking dish. Heat broiler. Melt butter in small saucepan. Spoon butter over gnocchi; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Broil gnocchi 5 inches from heat source, until cheese topping is light brown, 2 to 3 minutes.Serve at once.Makes 24 gnocchi.
