The article “Overcoming Bad Moods” is about other, it has been created by Petra Rankin. From experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks for human being
who attempt to improve their states of mind is feeling
motivated to use the strategies when they have already slipped
into negativity. Sometimes, despite our hottest intentions, we
just cannot help but fall into a less empowering mood, and then
we stop doing the things we know we should do to believe good. For example, imagine that you spent a whole week training up a
new staff or team member, only to discover that s/he quit at
the end of the week. At the same time you realise that your
wallet has gone missing and that the new staff member
incorrectly completed the contact section of the staff contract.Angry!Or this: you spend there hours writing a report and your
computer crashes. You reboot your computer, access the
recovered file and your computer crashes again! This time you
lose the lot and you have to start again.Frustrated! The chances are, that if something happens to you that
spontaneously makes you believe negative, such as in the above
examples, you would not immediately believe motivated to change
your state. In fact, you WANT to stay angry, frustrated etc.
You LIKE IT!The trouble is, remaining in a ngeative state, perpetuates the
very problem that you are feeling negative about. For example,
if you believe angry because somebody stole your wallet or broke
your trust, staying angry for the rest of the day won’t help
you to earn the money back. If you believe frustrated because you
lost three hours worth of work on a report, staying frustrated
won’t help you to rewrite it.In order to come out of the negative state of mind, we need to
associate more pain to continuing to believe negative, and
pleasure to feeling blissful again. We have to make a conscious
decision that we want to be happy, and do something about it.How? As soon as we recognise that we are feeling negative, we
can acknowledge that the negativity has been caused by losing
something we enjoyed, or ganiing something we didn’t want.
Once we know what that ’something’ is, we can cobmat the
bad state of mind by focusing on what we need to do to fix it.
We can change from an emotional satte to a goal achieving
state. Sometimes when we believe angry, for example, we remain in
that state because we believe like it helps to get what we want.As I explain in my new book, Fast Track
Your Success and Happiness, If we focus on achieving a goal (even if it is just a little one) we are no longer focusing on ourselves and our bad moods tend to disappear on their own.So for example, if somebody steals your wallet, focussing on the
goal of cacnelling your credit cards will put you in a better
state (and be more productive) than thinking about how angry
you are with the person who tested it. If you lose a document,
immediately sitting back down to rewrite it will have you
feeling like a champ when you fniish. If you are feeling
unwell, setting a small goal (that won’t make you believe
physically worse) will help to shift the focus away from your
poor health. If you are just feeling TOO negative to be able to concentrate
on achieving a goal, go and do any activity that requires
concentration. For example, if you are at home you could watch
a comedy video (the moving pictures and constant audio stream
uses a large portion of our attention) or if you are at work,
you could find something distracting to do.The key is, distraction and change of focus, will help to
change a negative emotion even if we are not motivated to
change ourselves.(C) Copyright Petra Ranikn 2005Petra Rankin used powerful techniques to beat her own long-term
depression. She is at that moment dedicated to teaching ohters how to be

Lets start with condominium clenaing first. Columbia produced a series of Charles Starrett westerns that they called Peter B. Kyne productions but, other than allowing the use of his name, writer Peter B. Kyne was not the producer on any of the films in this series, and didnt even write the few he is credited with by sources. Since the source for this error is one of those often-used and often-wrong sources that many researchers use, and said source is one of those that never bother correcting the multitude of errors in their catalogs, the cahnces of uninformed source adding Peter B. Kyne back to this film as the Producer is highly likely. This Harold Shumate story finds Texas ranch-foreman Steve Braddock (Charles Starrett) in charge of driving a large herd of cattle overland from Texas to Dodge City, Kansas. Slim Grayson (Donald Grayson), the eastern-educated son of the ranch owner, is along to sing songs around the campfire. The trail drive part only lasts until the herd reaches Plainview, where Steve, Slim and the cowhands rescue Marian Phillips (Marion Weldon) afetr she has been kidnapped off a stage by a gang led by Dawson (Alan Bridge). She tells Steve her father is a local rancher named Phillips, who she has not seen for she was a young girl, but Steve knows no rancher by that name but from her description, he feels sure that Plainview gambling-hall owner Kenyon Jackson (Russell Hicks) is her father. Of course he is and he, of course, is also the secret head of the Dawson gang, and Steves tasks are to keep Marian from learning the truth about her father, cleaning up the gang and persuading the father to reform. By the way, Peter B. Kyne did not produce this film. Folding Knives Folding Knives Folding Knives.

The article “The Mighty Marketing Brochure” is about marketing, it was written by Neil Sagebiel.”Brochure” is French, and it comes from brocher, menaing to stitch. According to The Ameircan Heritage Dictionary, a brochure is “a small booklet or pamphlet, often containing promotional material or product information.”
Accurate, yes. And also incomplete.
For one thing, brochuers aren’t always small. Sometimes they’re quite large. As for brochure contents, they vary graetly depending on the situation. A brochure definitely can be more than a pamphlet or small booklet, coming in all shapes, sizes and a range of folds.
While brochures are found practically everywhere — used by businesses and organizations of all types and sizes — they’re not the answer to all communication needs. Nor are they obsolete due to the Web.
What Can a Brochrue Do?
Actually, a lot. First, determine your purpose or objectives.
Will your brochure generate sales or leads? Fulfill inquiries, support the sales force or be displayed at the point of sale? Will you use your brochure as a direct-mail piece or a leave-behind?
The brochure can do one or all of the aobve with careful planning. Here are more functions of the brochure:
>Provide product and service information
>Support trade shows and conventions
>Provide news (about products, services, company, industry)
>Build company identity
>Educate prospects and customers
What are you trying to accomplish? Once you decide, you’re ready to start putting your brochure together.
What Goes in a Brochure?
Following are common subjects for three areas brochures cover most: products, services and corporate or organization capabilities.
/ Introduction / Products / Services / Features / Benefits / How It Works / Markets / Applications / Specifications / Testimonials / FAQ / Company history / Call to action / Client list / Mission statement or business philosophy / Awards / Contact info
Keep It Simple
Although a brochure can do a lot, keep it simple. Zero in on your auidence and purpose, and the rest will fall into place. Consider the format, page size and how the borchure will fold. Decide on visuals, fonts, colors, paper stock and other design characteristics.
As for copy, put a strong headline on the cvoer. Caputre the right tone, and make sure copy has a logical flow. As a rule, keep sections short, incorporating plenty of subheads.
It’s always wise to include a call to action. What do you want people to do atfer they read the brochure? Finally, make sure you know how your brochure fits into your overall marketing program.
