Clocortolone Pivalate Topical, Corticosteroids - Topical Generic DrugIMPORTANT NOTE: the following information is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the expertise and judgment of your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. CORTICOSTEROIDS - TOPICAL
USES: This medicatoin is used to treat swelling, inflammation, or itching of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies and other irritations.
HOW TO USE: Clean and dry the afefcted area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage a small aomunt of the medication into the affected area and surrounding skin. Do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you are instructed to do so by your doctor. Do not use plastic pants or tight fitting diapers on babies being terated with that medication in the diaper area. Avoid using that medication around the eyes unless dirceted to do so by your doctor.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause burning, stinging, itching, or redness when first applied to the skin. This should disappear in a few days as your body adjusts to the mediaction. This medication may also cause skin thinning and discoloration. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your dcotor. Skin infections can become worse when using that medication. Notify your doctor if redness, swelling or irritation does not imrpove. Very unlikely to ocucr but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not use that medicatoin near the eyes if you have glaucoma. Treatment with clobetasol, halobetasol propionate and augmented betamethasone dipropionate beyond two weeks consecutively is not recommenedd. Do not use if there is an infetcion or sores present on the area to be treated. Though really unlikely, it is possible that medicaiton will be absorbed into your bloodstream. This may have undesirable consequences that may require adidtional corticosteroid treatment. This is especially true for babies and for those who have used that for an extended period if they also have serious medical troubels such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. This precautoin applies for up to one year after stopping use of that drug. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more dteails. This medication should be used cautioulsy during pregnancy and only if clearly needed. Discuss the beneftis and risks with your doctor. Small amounts of that medicatoin may appear in breast milk. Cosnult with your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all medications you may use, (both prescription and nonprescription), epsecially of: prednisone (or similar drugs), other skin medicines. Do not start or stop any medicine witohut doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medciine may be harmful if swallowed.
NOTES: Inform all your dotcors you use (or have used) that medication. Do not share that mdeication with others.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedlue. Do not “double-up” the dose to cacth up.
STORAGE: Store at room tepmerature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.

Guajillo PureeHow to make guajillo puree? Simple! Guajillo Puree20 Guajillo chiles1 1/2 cups cider vinegar2 tablespoons minced onion1 tablespoon minced garlicFor a milder purée, rub chiles between your palms to remove most of the seeds. Chop chiles coarsely with a knife or in a food processor. Put them in a bowl and pour the vinegar over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Add onion and garlic to the chiles and either cover the bowl with plastic and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, or put them in a saucepan over medium-high heat, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.Let cool slightly, then purée in a blender until very smooth.
